Even if a version is listed as “XX or later,” this does not necessarily mean it is compatible with the latest version.

Before using your device, please verify that it functions properly, as it may not work as expected.
Ensure you manage your mesh network ID and password carefully and do not forget them. In particular, without the password, technical support will not be available. Be sure to write down your ID and password and keep them secured.
Dimmable and color tuning fixtures can set color temperature [K], but please note that this is for reference only.
When registering or editing settings, ensure that all devices included in the system are able to communicate before proceeding.
e.g.: If you edit the settings while some lighting fixtures are turned off, the data held by the wireless module will be mismatched, and the system will not operate as configured.
For both iOS and Android, it is necessary to turn ON Bluetooth and location services. Please enable Bluetooth and location services in your device settings. Ensure Bluetooth and location information remain ON even after setup is complete; otherwise, the system will become inoperable.
For both iOS and Android, some buttons may become difficult to operate when using the screen or text zoom feature.
Tablet controllers cannot connect to multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. When configuring or operating the system, ensure you are disconnected from other Bluetooth devices. (The same may apply to your smartphone or tablet.)
Once setup is complete, be sure to create a backup and keep the backup file secured.
