Setting the time

The following explains using the smartphone app screen.

If you have an internet connection (synchronize with internet time)

By connecting the gateway to a Wi-Fi router with an internet connection, you can keep the gateway’s time accurate at all times.

Please make sure that you have a Wi-Fi router connected to the Internet and that it is ready to use.

If you don’t have a Wi-Fi router, you can also sync the time using your smartphone.

Controlling with a smartphoneFollow steps 1 to 7 to connect the gateway to the Wi-Fi router.

Once connected, it will automatically synchronize with the internet time.

If the time is incorrect

Your Wi-Fi router may not be connected to the Internet. Please check if you are connected to the Internet.

If the time is different from the local time

Please synchronize the time on your smartphone once. (See the right side of this page)

When there is no internet connection (sync with smartphone)

You can set the time by sending the time from your smartphone to the gateway.

Tap “System Settings.”

*If you are asked for the Admin Password

Check Admin Password

Tap “Gateway Settings”.

Tap “Gateway time settings.”

Tap “Set time from this device”

Now the time is synchronized.
