The following explains using the smartphone app screen.
Initialize from the app
If you want to use registered lighting and peripheral devices with another gateway or system, please proceed with initialization using this method.

[Preparation] Initialize all registered lighting and peripheral devices from the Base app ( or the gateway panel screen ) .
If it is difficult to initialize everything,Initialize using the reset button on the gateway unitPlease initialize it using the following method.

Tap “Gateway Settings”.

Tap “Gateway Information” at the bottom

Tap “Gateway Information” at the bottom

When the final confirmation screen opens, tap “Initialize” and wait for a while as initialization will begin.
The system initialization is now complete.
Initialize using the reset button on the gateway unit (forced initialization)
If you are unable to initialize registered lighting or peripheral devices or cannot operate the app, please proceed with initialization using this method.
Note
Please note that if you initialize the system in this way, the lighting and peripheral devices will not be initialized, and therefore will not be able to be registered and used from other gateways or systems.
*If it is the same gateway, you can register it again and use it.

Press and hold the reset button on the bottom left side of the gateway for 6 seconds using a thin pin or similar.
Please wait a while as initialization begins.
The system initialization is now complete.
