The following explains using the smartphone app screen.

Changing the Gateway Screen Language

The gateway screen language can be switched between Japanese and English.

Tap “System Settings.”

*If you are asked for the Admin Password

Check Admin Password

Tap “Gateway Settings”.

Tap “Gateway Language Settings”.

The language settings screen will open.

Tap the language you want to switch to.

Tap “Restart”

Wait a few moments as the gateway restarts.

When the home screen appears on the gateway, the setup is complete.

Change the language on your smartphone screen

Please change the language of your smartphone device. The Base app supports Japanese or English.

*Language cannot be changed in the Base app.
